Bridges built in ice-covered water regions are mostly complex marine environments, they not only need to withstand strong wind but also resist the impact of drift ice. However, at present, there is a lack vehicle–bridge coupling vibration analysis and driving safety assessment under combined ice wind. Therefore, this study constructs complete framework ice–wind–vehicle–bridge interaction investigate dynamic responses coupled system. Ice load simulated by linearized ice–structure model, which based on self-excited theory. Wind bridge deck includes steady-state force buffeting force. vehicle quasi-steady model. Subsequently, load, soil–structure (SSI), additional mass all integrated into full model sea-crossing with running vehicles Bohai Sea. The results indicate that has greater lateral response bridge, action no superimposed effect movement restraining effect. presents more significant influence vehicle, cannot be superposition separate obviously increases sideslip risk reduces safety.
